How to Cut Calories Before Lunch


  1. Put fruit in your cereal to keep you full longer and cut out your pre-lunch snack.
  2. Switch from whole fat milk to skim milk.
  3. Drink real fruit juice instead of packaged fruit juice.
  4. Use olive oil to cook your eggs instead of butter.
  5. From the second egg on, eat just the whites.
  6. Ensure your coffee break involves black coffee or expressos instead of lattes and mochas.
  7. Add cinnamon to your cereal or oatmeal instead of sugar.
  8. Add honey instead of syrup to your pancakes.
  9. Don’t eat the white chutney with your idlis and dosas.
  10. Use all fruit jam instead of butter.
